They creep in. The bad thoughts and feelings push their way through as we go about our day. They find their way to the surface. They press down on us. They physically take our breath away.

It's okay to say if that's happening right now. The news of the world is heavy right now. ​

With sporting events and concerts canceled it might be an activity you've never explored before. As people stock up on food, I hope they also take stock in their mental health.
